Is Climate Change Real & Human-Caused?

The ISCFC is all about reducing our individual and collective contributions to climate change.

But is climate change really happening? Is it mostly caused by human activity, including our production of carbon dioxide and other greenhouse gases?

In the United States and elsewhere, there are people who are not convinced by the science. But the great thing about science is that we use evidence to evaluate scientific questions. So what is the evidence related to climate change?

Are you or are you not convinced by the majority of climate scientists who say that climate change is real and largely human caused? Why are you convinced/not convinced? What evidence might change your mind one way or the other?

Causes of Climate Change

Before the Industrial Revolution, natural factors had been the cause of climate change along the concentration of CO2 in the atmosphere, however, since 18th century, the amount of CO2 was increased by a shockingly 40 percent.
The Earth’s reflectivity used to change because of natural contributors such as melting ice, and volcanic eruptions, however, since the Industrial revolution, the amount of CO2 particles in the atmosphere has increased. This shows that one of the most important cause of climate change is because of toxic human actions.

In my opinion, climate change might have been real before the industrial revolution, however, the pace at which the climate change is happening is not something that would have occurred is humans didn't exist. I believe that global warming is real and the constant burning fossil fuels, as well as the population of bovines is what is causing it. I recently moved to Guatemala and even though I do not know how pollution has affected this country i do see the pollution every day with the cars expelling black smoke/fumes from bad combustion reactions. So I totally agree with what you said about humans being the biggest cause for climate change.
