Climate change is real and mainly human caused. However, there are many other factors to climate change. One important factor to climate change is the ocean. The ocean is 70% of the Earth. Energy is always looking to balance itself out and so it goes to an area without that energy. Heat is energy and we constantly make heat with our production of greenhouse gases and pollution. The heat is partially absorbed by the ocean and is spread throughout it. The ocean along with the atmosphere helps absorb the heat and radiation from the sun, but since the ocean is already absorbing much of the heat from our pollution and gases, it can’t absorb as much heat and radiation as it used to, causing the Earth and its atmosphere to heat up more.    Climate change cannot be stopped, it is always happening, However, it can be slowed. In order to slow climate change by a large or reasonable amount, large-scale action would need to be taken. A good place to start in the stall ing of climate change would be with our oceans. They are filled with pollution and have been ignored by many people, even though the ocean is a large contributor and factor to climate change.
