But is climate change really happening? Is it mostly caused by human activity, including our production of carbon dioxide and other greenhouse gases?
In the United States and elsewhere, there are people who are not convinced by the science. But the great thing about science is that we use evidence to evaluate scientific questions. So what is the evidence related to climate change?

I believe that climate change is a real problem that we as humans are facing right now. One of the main reasons why I believe that climate change is real is because of the amount of greenhouse gasses. The earth is at an all-time high in the amount of greenhouse gasses that it has. This high count of greenhouse gas is trapping the heat as it normally would but with so much gas, the gasses are capturing unnecessary heat which is causing the whole Earth to heat up, causing climate change. Another reason why I am confident that climate change is a real problem is that 97% of scientists believe that it is. These highly educated people are telling us that there is a problem. We need to face the facts and stand up to climate change. The whole world needs to come together to make a change.
I agree, climate change is a very big and a real problem. I also agree with your statement that greenhouse gasses is causing the climate change. The greenhouse gasses produced from cars and factories build up in the atmosphere which makes the temperature hotter. The rising temperature is melting the icecaps of the poles. This causes the sea level to rise and many animals to die. This is why I think climate change is real and is caused by humans.
