I believe that climate change is real and somewhat human caused. Over time, humans burn more and more fossil fuel which increases the concentration of greenhouse gases. The greenhouse gases create a warmer environment that could affect many forms of life, especially those on melting ice caps and glaciers. According to https://climate.nasa.gov/effects/ , “Effects that scientists had predicted in the past would result from global climate change are now occurring: loss of sea ice, accelerated sea level rise and longer, more intense heat waves.” Cars especially release greenhouse gas, which is also a human cause. Many leave high carbon footprints, which increases the amount of pollution and C02 into the atmosphere. Both natural and human factors contribute to global warming.

I agree, I think that the rise of industrialization has released a significant amount of carbon dioxide into the atmosphere. I also agree that the burning of fossil fuels contribute to climate change and global warming. The industrialization of the modern world has evidently effected the environment. Sea levels are rising due to the melting of glaciers and ice caps. More gases like carbon dioxide and methane are detectable within the air, especially in places that are more industrialized, like large cities. Overall I agree with your standpoint that climate change is caused by humans.

I agree that climate change is real and it is almost completely human caused. As you said, I think that two of the most contributing factors to global warming are industry and transportation. The greenhouse gases are mainly produced through human activity. Whether it's driving a car everyday or using/producing plastic based items, for example. However, I believe that humans are simply oblivious to the fact that their everyday actions contribute to global warming. But as you stated, humans will begin to see the effects that their actions have on the environment when close to sea level or sea level areas begin to flood due to melting glaciers and ice caps creating more water in the ocean.

I agree with you, many people don't realize what they put into the air can make climate fluctuate over time. The thing is it's not all humans, even though we do have a part huge part in how our Earth is being "treated". I recently found an article saying "induced climate change is from increasing carbon dioxide and other greenhouse gases in the atmosphere. And we have plenty of evidence that we’re responsible for the over 40% increase in carbon dioxide concentrations in the atmosphere since pre-industrial times, and more than half of that has occurred since 1980." I believe most of the climate change going on in our world is due most of the bad things we put in the air.

I believe that humans have contributed to emitting a massive amount of CO2 into the atmosphere. This emission has caused the temperature of the earth to rise at nearly twice the rate it was 50 years ago"(National Geographic). Several greenhouse gasses are responsible for this warming and they usually come from the combustion of fossil fuels in cars, factories and electricity production. Since 1990, yearly emissions have gone up by about 6 billion metric tons worldwide, more than a 20 percent increase. Ever since the industrial revolution we have been emitting more and more greenhouse gasses. It has gotten to the point where we need to do something before this planet becomes inhabitable and we have a mass extinction.
