But is climate change really happening? Is it mostly caused by human activity, including our production of carbon dioxide and other greenhouse gases?
In the United States and elsewhere, there are people who are not convinced by the science. But the great thing about science is that we use evidence to evaluate scientific questions. So what is the evidence related to climate change?

I believe that climate change is real, and that humans have a great impact on it. Based on a study conducted by NASA, the Earth’s temperature in 2017 is close to one degree celsius higher than the temperature in 1880. Scientists have reached a consensus that climate change occurs due to human activities that increase the production of heat-trapping gases. Considering that there are more heat-trapping gases in the atmosphere and Earth’s temperature has risen in the last 137 years, I think climate change is truly happening in the world.
I agree, I don't think we have to look very far to see how much climate change is affecting our Earth. That is why, in my opinion, it is so shocking that some people are denying the facts. Even if it is only one degree in difference, it takes a lot of human activity to make that difference. We have made such a dramatic impact on the world and there is no way all the emissions we put out into the atmosphere have not been the most impactful in history.
I think we need to try to change the way we treat our Earth by using the tools and technology we have to make a real difference. The people we elect to power need to put our Earth first rather than the companies and factories that use it to their advantage.
I also agree with you. The climate has been changing since the beginning of factories.
