But is climate change really happening? Is it mostly caused by human activity, including our production of carbon dioxide and other greenhouse gases?
In the United States and elsewhere, there are people who are not convinced by the science. But the great thing about science is that we use evidence to evaluate scientific questions. So what is the evidence related to climate change?

Climate Change
I think climate change is man-made. In my science class, our teacher made us read an article about climate change. In this article, it explained how the greenhouse effect works and how different greenhouse gases contribute to global warming. Then it explained that human industrial activities in the past one hundred fifty years increased the carbon dioxide ppm from two hundred eighty ppm to four hundred ppm. This article also proved that solar irradiance didn't cause climate change because although it caused a mini ice age previously, the sun has been outputting around a constant amount of energy.
