Is Climate Change Real & Human-Caused?

The ISCFC is all about reducing our individual and collective contributions to climate change.

But is climate change really happening? Is it mostly caused by human activity, including our production of carbon dioxide and other greenhouse gases?

In the United States and elsewhere, there are people who are not convinced by the science. But the great thing about science is that we use evidence to evaluate scientific questions. So what is the evidence related to climate change?

Are you or are you not convinced by the majority of climate scientists who say that climate change is real and largely human caused? Why are you convinced/not convinced? What evidence might change your mind one way or the other?

Yes,I think so.For example, people use aerosols and any such chemicals, all that influence on ozone layer. It leads to destruction this layer. There are also a lot of cars in big cities, which produce dangeros fumes. This fumes can cause acid rain, all of that leads to terrible consequences, such as GLOBAL POLUTION!

I agree with this comment, humans do emit harmful chemicals into the atmosphere that destroy the ozone layer. The destruction of the ozone layer will allow more solar radiation to reach the surface of the Earth, which will warm the planet. Cars are also a big issue because they emit greenhouse gases as well. The increasing global population will cause there to be an increase in cars which means even more air pollution. A way we could reduce the need for cars is to use public transportation, carpooling, riding a bike, or walk.
