Students from around the world calculated their class mean and standard deviations for their footprints and posted them on our world map.
Do you see differences across the globe? If so, why do you think those differences exist?
Did you use the calculator to try to reduce your footprint down to the average from a citizen of another country? What changes would you have to make to lower your footprint in this way? Are you going to try and take some of these actions in your daily life?

My Carbon Footprint

My total was 13,955. Mine is a little below average. Transportation is 4,928, Home is 5,449, Food is 3,259, and Purchases is 320. It didn't surprise me to much. The majority of it came from my home. I think the reason is because we don't have a lot of the compact fluorescent light bulbs. To help lower my carbon footprint I could take shorter showers and switch light bulbs.
You average is a lot lower than mine. Your purchases are pretty close to mine though.
you have the lowest footprint I have seen out of everyone. Good for you and hopefully you can make it lower or keep it the same.
I had the same problem as you but my house already had florissant light bulbs, but I take too long of showers so I need to cut down on time there
