In my opinion I think that technology is a want, but  in some  circumstances its also a need. I feel like in the past 1707- 1935 people have used technology in a intelligent way. Such as the print press, light bulb, and many others. We used it in an intelligent manner because those were new to us and we wanted to use them wisely. Now in our generation with teens and some parents use technology for there own personal needs that isn't  substantial.  Such as social media, and gossips about celebrities. Like do we need to know every five seconds of that one persons life. I feel like our generation has fooled around with the ability of doing things in a faster way. Some people use them wisely some others I guess abuse the power to be able to do everything with the tip of there finger tips.
