Global warming has been a serious problem, which keeps getting worse and worse each year. Unfortunately this problem has been growing exponentially due to human activities such as using cars and airplanes. Since these inventions are essential, we have to come up with new ways to save our planet before it becomes too hot.

I agree that global warming is a major problem, a problem that gets worse and worse each year. As Elizabeth said, we need find a way to at least slow global warming because at this rate the earth is not sustainable. When the earth is heating up it causes many problems, one being it is melting glaciers, which are animal habitats. Also, as the glaciers melt sea levels rise affecting coral as well as other animals. Corals are affected by the rise in sea level because coral grows over thousands of years. The sea is rising faster than the coral can grow. This is a problem because the coral won’t be able to photosynthesis and then the coral will die. If the coral dies then all the animals on the surfaces and the animals that rely on coral as camouflage or as it habitat will also die. Food webs show that every animal is connected, so when one species goes extinct animals connected to it can also go extinct or cause the population to decrease drastically. Coral death affe cts many animals showing that coral is a key stone animal.
