Students from around the world calculated their class mean and standard deviations for their footprints and posted them on our world map.
Do you see differences across the globe? If so, why do you think those differences exist?
Did you use the calculator to try to reduce your footprint down to the average from a citizen of another country? What changes would you have to make to lower your footprint in this way? Are you going to try and take some of these actions in your daily life?

Yes, I think this is a great idea. Another way to combat your carbon footprint at school is by reusing old notebooks with left over paper and recycling the paper you do use.
Another idea for less paper use, specifically at colleges and universities is holding a textbook drive. Instead of students buying new books or ordering them online. Students can get together at the school and sell their old textbooks to other students.
Yes, I think this is great idea. In my high school, all assignments for AP Environmental Science are online and I think it's really convenient for both students and teachers
Hello! I think that if a teacher, or anyone for a fact, were to print something out then it should be done not using fresh virgin paper. More specifically, people should print on paper that has already been used on one side. Or, printing should be double-sided As for making assignments accessible online, I think that is a great idea. Technology is everywhere and teachers should notice that. Take advantage of uploading assignments online instead of standing by the printer waiting for all the copies to come out.
