Students from around the world calculated their class mean and standard deviations for their footprints and posted them on our world map.
Do you see differences across the globe? If so, why do you think those differences exist?
Did you use the calculator to try to reduce your footprint down to the average from a citizen of another country? What changes would you have to make to lower your footprint in this way? Are you going to try and take some of these actions in your daily life?

My carbon Foot print was about 21,439 Kg. The reason for this high number is my Transportation. My transportation was super high due to loads of days that I traveled. School and work and driving from there and home really played a part in it. My home level was lower than average due to the more earth friendly appliances and water uses! Our food was also lower, we aren't home a lot which makes us more likely to eat out or from school. And our purchases were very low compared to others! I’m taking a guess on this being because we hardly buy new things or anything really. Yes some people may say that’s a bit weird but nope, goodwill and used things are the best for us! We have such a big family so we can’t go buying everyone brand new stuff! You know? My Reaction to this wasn't super surprised, I knew we travel a lot and since my dad’s work is so far I knew that would play a huge role in it. I think I need to start looking at more earth friendly cars since my transportation is so high!!
that is a good idea to look into that. you could probably look into solar powered cars
