Is Climate Change Real & Human-Caused?

The ISCFC is all about reducing our individual and collective contributions to climate change.

But is climate change really happening? Is it mostly caused by human activity, including our production of carbon dioxide and other greenhouse gases?

In the United States and elsewhere, there are people who are not convinced by the science. But the great thing about science is that we use evidence to evaluate scientific questions. So what is the evidence related to climate change?

Are you or are you not convinced by the majority of climate scientists who say that climate change is real and largely human caused? Why are you convinced/not convinced? What evidence might change your mind one way or the other?

To late if we(humans) don't act soon

I feel that it is not too late to stop climate change. The people in power all over the world need to hear what our generations are saying. From all the protests and marches, we want to change to start now, because if we don't it might be too late when people in power realize what is happening to our planet. Humans are the reason climate change started, we rely on and have gotten used to using things such as cars, transportation, and many other things that emit CO2 into the atmosphere. Some still don't see all the damage we have done to our environment, and don't believe climate change is real. Scientists have proven it, the oceans are getting warmer, glaciers are melting, but still, some people do not believe it is real. Scientists have found that humans emit around 26.4 Gt per year, 1 Gt( Gigatonne is 1,000,000,000,000 kg). It all started when humans took the earth's resources for granted and now if we don't stop taking its resources for granted then there will be nothing left for humans. Not only have humans started climate change, but we have also made animals extinct. Animals that have lived longer and without humans, the earth would be no were near climate change. People thought it was cool to just kill off a whole species of animals, just because it would make a cool jacket. So, yes I think humans are the cause of climate change, and to fix the mess we made we all need to step up and start taking action.

Yea we can still change but I feel like even though we are trying that we could try harder. like stop making plastic or something.
