I often go shopping, almost every weekend. I often buy new clothes, but a lot of my closet is filled with thrifted clothing. shopping causes many people to buy items they do not need without thinking. many clothing stores are becoming more eco friendly by using deadstock materials. paper bags, and less to no single use plastic. i believe that if you do need an item of clothing, it is okay to buy it new, but if an item of clothing is only wanted, it is important to refrain from buying it or buy it from a second hand store.
