The ISCFC is all about reducing our individual and collective contributions to climate change.
But is climate change really happening? Is it mostly caused by human activity, including our production of carbon dioxide and other greenhouse gases?
In the United States and elsewhere, there are people who are not convinced by the science. But the great thing about science is that we use evidence to evaluate scientific questions. So what is the evidence related to climate change?
Are you or are you not convinced by the majority of climate scientists who say that climate change is real and largely human caused? Why are you convinced/not convinced? What evidence might change your mind one way or the other?

Discussion Thread Name: How can we help to stop climate change?
Climate change is real and is happening throughout everywhere. We can clearly see the differences of our earth by looking at how it was 200 years ago compared to today. One of the leading causes to climate change is the greenhouse gasses that we are creating everyday. There are 6 main gases are water vapor, carbon dioxide, methane, nitrous oxide, ozone, and fluorinated gases. Currently there are 400 part per million gasses in our atmosphere. This is what is causing our our earth to heat up. I am sure that you have seen the news in which they shows parts of Antarctica melting and how many animals are losing their habitat and it is getting to hot for them. This can all be avoided if we can be more careful with our actions. We need to start reconsidering the best alternatives for the least amount of greenhouse gasses to be released.
