Wants or Needs?
Is having the latest technology a want or a need?
How often do you get a new cel phone or mp3 player? Did you really need a new model? Do you consider the environmental impact of these purchases? If you are addicted, how can you break your addiction?

I think technology is a need in our current time. It's easier for people to stay in contact, make important phone calls, presentations, and help people in general. I will say though, the updates on tech are definitely a want. It could be a need, if it's an update that technically helps people, but if not, then it's a want.
