But is climate change really happening? Is it mostly caused by human activity, including our production of carbon dioxide and other greenhouse gases?
In the United States and elsewhere, there are people who are not convinced by the science. But the great thing about science is that we use evidence to evaluate scientific questions. So what is the evidence related to climate change?

Climate change skeptics
We all know there are a lot of climate change skeptics that either don't believe it is human caused or just straight up do not believe it is real. What I find interesting about those who deny climate change completely is how they are just ignoring occurrences around the world that did not happen/did not happen as often before the industrial revolution, aka when humans started to put more carbon into the atmosphere. I want to say "Even if climate change isn't real, why not fight for the chance that it is?" to climate change skeptics.
I agree that there are many people who don't believe that climate change is real or that it isn't caused by us humans. I too think that even if you believe climate change isn't real that you can at least help fight for the chance that it could be real. And for people who think that ignoring the problem will make it go away, it won't go away unless we as humans start working together and fix the problem.
I think that it is a little bit foolish and ignorant for people to say that climate change is a hoax or that it was not caused by humans. i think that people a lot of the time people associate climate change and global warming with politics and I don't think that that is necessary I think that every one should just help each other to stop it.
