Student Footprints

Students from around the world calculated their class mean and standard deviations for their footprints and posted them on our world map.

Do you see differences across the globe? If so, why do you think those differences exist?

Did you use the calculator to try to reduce your footprint down to the average from a citizen of another country? What changes would you have to make to lower your footprint in this way? Are you going to try and take some of these actions in your daily life?

Composting

Adults/youth should learn how to correctly compost their food.

I agree, I think it would be very beneficial for the environment to have more youth and adults composting in their daily lives.  Obviously, its not that simple because not everyone knows about correctly composting and some don't care enough to research into it.  Maybe this is where the government could come in, adding incentives or requirements for people to compost their food, with the ore youth/adults composting, the better.

I also agree! Composting is very simple and cheap for any family to do and has personally helped my garden's produce!

sir/madman holly I must agree with the words you have spoken on the day on 22 of feb,you see i think some kids would like to help but, because they are kids they can't they have to trust others to help.It would be prominent and bring me joy to see this in the world.
