Watching Your Diet
As we have seen what you eat can affect your carbon footprint. Try gardening your own fruits, vegetables, or herbs or try buying grass-fed meat to support more organic farms rather than factory operated farms. You can even support your local farms and buy your fruits from them. Next time you think of buying a burger from McDonalds or Jack in the Box maybe try redirecting your crave towards something healthier.
