Students from around the world calculated their class mean and standard deviations for their footprints and posted them on our world map.
Do you see differences across the globe? If so, why do you think those differences exist?
Did you use the calculator to try to reduce your footprint down to the average from a citizen of another country? What changes would you have to make to lower your footprint in this way? Are you going to try and take some of these actions in your daily life?

Reusing
I believe that we can do a lot more in helping the environment, by reusing instead of recycling. Reusing can help a lot more because recycling is sort of a myth (although it is still better than just trash). From my personal experience, I learned in Elementary school about reusing items.
For example, instead of using a different paper or plastic bag every time, you can use a reusable bag. Also, if you have old newspaper, instead of recycling it, you can reuse it for packing paper or for wrapping gifts. Next, you can use recycled materials for art projects rather than new materials. Finally, if you have old towels, sheets, or clothing that you don't need, you can reuse it and make it into a rag.
Overall, there are many things that you can do to reuse instead of recycle. I got this information from https://blog.cuyahogarecycles.org/top-5 … ycle-home/
