This literature database provides an extensive list of publications on the scenario framework and socioeconomic scenarios until 2019. The database includes publications that use ‘Shared Socioeconomic Pathways’ to analyze current or ongoing socioeconomic trends impacted by climate change. This updated iteration of the literature database used a Google Scholar search to capture citations (for full methods see here). From this literature database ‘Achievements and Needs for the Climate Change Scenario Framework’ (O’Neill et al, 2020) was published to provide an updated analysis of the Shared Socioeconomic Pathways and the scenarios framework.
