“Are you renting and signing a lease for off-campus living next academic year?  Come to a workshop sponsored by EOP and Student Legal Services where you will learn what to expect when finding an apartment and signing a lease.  The workshop will cover the legal responsibilities of renters and landlords, issues that can come up during tenancy and what your rights are when those situations arise. There will be time for general questions at the end of the session. Please note that specific legal questions about your individual situation cannot be addressed at the workshop — for those, we encourage you to schedule a one-on-one appointment with Student Legal Services.”
