Within implementation science, the outcomes that researchers measure cover a wide range of ideas. Proctor et al’s seminal paper on implementation outcomes identifies 8 key outcomes – Acceptability, Adoption, Appropriateness, Costs, Feasibility, Fidelity, Penetration and Sustainability.[1] Other schema identify additional concepts that implementation strategies try to achieve.
