PEDS 665 Outpatient Information
You will spend two weeks of your clerkship at a pediatric outpatient clinic in the Greater Seattle area. You will receive your outpatient site assignment at least four weeks prior to the start of your clerkship.
Prior to starting the outpatient portion of your clerkship, please review your clinic’s welcome information linked below:
- Allegro Pediatrics Issaquah Highlands
- Ballard Pediatric Clinic
- Harborview Medical Center Pediatric Clinic
- NeighborCare Columbia City (Required credentialing paperwork here. Credentialing paperwork is due to the credentialing team (Credentialing@neighborcare.org) at least two weeks prior to your start date.)
- IMPORTANT: NeighborCare requires a current TB test. If you haven’t received a test in the last year, you’ll need one done AT LEAST 3 weeks prior to your start date. SCHEDULE IT NOW!
- Odessa Brown Children’s Clinic–Othello
- Seahurst Pediatrics
- Snoqualmie Valley Health
- IMPORTANT: SVH requires a current TB test AND drug test. If you haven’t received a test in the last year, you’ll need one done AT LEAST 3 weeks prior to your start date. SCHEDULE IT NOW!
- The Everett Clinic (Optum)
- IMPORTANT: the Optum Clinic requires a current TB test. If you haven’t received a test in the last year, you’ll need one done AT LEAST 3 weeks prior to your start date. SCHEDULE IT NOW!
