Working Together for Elder Friendly Futures

What does the future hold for older adults? The University is proud to offer an in-depth opportunity for researchers, practitioners, administrators, policy-makers and educators to come together and discuss the opportunities and challenges to building elder-friendly futures.
Join us as we address the following learning objectives:
• Learn about evidence-based programs that support aging in place and promote elder-friendly futures
• Advance knowledge about state of the science and clinical updates for geriatric health
• Acquire strategies to engage older adults in creating elder-friendly futures and options to age in their communities of choice
• Explore ways to address barriers to aging in place and health disparities faced by underserved communities
• Identify how the Affordable Care Act influences our work to support older adults in their communities
