Greetings all!

I am excited to announce that the Social Workers for Environmental Justice group will be re-launching this quarter and our first meeting will be Wednesday January 26th from 5:15-6:15 pm through Zoom.

For our first meeting, our focus will be on sharing ideas about where we would like to take the group, topics and projects people are interested in, and figuring out our meeting schedule going forward.  Our goal is to be responsive to the interests of all participants and find the best mix of learning and action in the community.

Environmental Justice is a topic that touches on all aspects of social work, so we welcome everyone no matter their particular interest, background, or future professional goals.  Join us as we find new ways to integrate this expansive and important topic more fully into our social justice mission!
