Every Spring, researchers from around the world gather at the International Meeting for Autism Research (IMFAR) to meet with others devoted to advancing knowledge about autism spectrum disorder. In the four day event, scientists and trainees from a variety of different research backgrounds share findings, discuss future avenues, encourage up and coming ASD scientists, and support the research of underrepresented groups.

This year, several members of our group traveled to Baltimore to present research findings from the projects in our lab. Posters ranged from Dr. Emily Neuhaus’s Linking Social Motivation to Social Skill: Contributions of Anxiety & Impulsivity to Erin Libsack’s Timing of ASD Diagnosis: Demographic Factors of Influence

PBS lab looks forward to attending the meeting again next year!
