A new research study for Korean and Caucasian Children with ASD. This project seeks to understand how self and community race/ethnicity influence face processing in children with ASD.

Who Can Participate?

10-17-year-old children with an Autism Spectrum Disorder. Children must be of 100% Caucasian or 100% Korean race/ethnic background.

What will the study involve?

For children, this will include measuring brain activity during face and emotion processing (EEG), two computer tasks, and completing a questionnaire. For parents, this will include questionnaire packets and phone calls.

How long will it take?

This study will include one 2-hour lab visit, plus questionnaires and phone calls.

What is the compensation?

Your child will receive $20 per visit and you will receive reimbursement for parking and a $5 gift certificate for completing questionnaires and a phone calls.
