Physical Exam: Pulmonary

There are many other physical findings to look for in the patient with underlying lung disease:

Skin

Clubbing of Nails clubbing of nails

Fluid overload or poor left ventricular heart function

  • Peripheral edema
  • Jugular venous distension
  • Pulmonary crackles
  • Cardiac S3
  • Positive hepatojugular reflux
