Precision: Assessing the presence of a goiter

This is compiled data on the accuracy of exam findings for presence and absence of goiter, with US as gold standard. If goiter is present on physical exam, there is a LR+ of 3.8. If goiter is absent, there is a LR- of 0.37. The sensitivity and specificity of exam for goiter are also given.
