Atypical Presentation in the Elderly

| The elderly may present atypically with isolated symptoms of fatigue, constipation, weight gain or depression. |
The elderly may present atypically
- "apathetic hyperthyroidism" symptoms resembling hypothyroidism in younger patients OR
- isolated unexplained weight loss
- history of congestive heart failure (CHF)
