Youth Quality of Life-Short Form Instrument (YQOL-SF)

A 16-item short form that is representative of the longer YQOL-R was developed using Rasch analysis. This form is convenient for coadministration with the condition-specific modules as a means for comparing generic QoL across populations of adolescents with varied chronic conditions and disabilities.
