Elective: Ballroom Dancing

This is the second year Upward Bound has offered ballroom dancing as a class. The class helps us with our hand to eye coordination. The four main dances we learn in ballroom are rumba, salsa, swing, and tango. Each day we learn a different part in each dance. As the days go by, the teacher assigns routines for the main performance at the end of the Upward Bound program. It's not how well you dance, it's about how much effort you put into the dance.
