Foreign Language: Latin

Did you know that English was influenced by Latin? Along with the five other Romance languages; French, Italian, Spanish, Portuguese, and Rumanian. It's sort of like being in Kindergarten again, except, with a TOTALLY different language. We went back to the basics; the alphabet, verbs, pronunciations, vocabularies, nouns, adjectives, etc. The only difference is, Kindergartners get to learn English, which is a lot easier than Latin, and studies show that younger kids learn foreign languages faster than older kids. So we have it HARD this time, learning a very difficult language at our age.
