The Wraparound Evaluation and Research Team is excited to announce that in September 2020 we will be launching a new data management system for our WFAS tools! These include the Wraparound Fidelity Index – short form (WFI-EZ), the Team Observation Measure (TOM 2.0) , and the new Document Assessment and Review Tool (DART). This new system will replace the old Wrap track system and will include some great new features.
This new system was developed based on feedback from users as well as knowledge and expertise from staff at WERT, the National Wraparound Initiative (NWI) and the National Wraparound Implementation Center (NWIC) about the kinds of data needed to assess, improve, and make the case for Wraparound at the organizational, state, and national level. It represents a giant leap forward for programs interested in implementing high fidelity Wraparound.
WrapStat will make it easy to:
- Track enrollments, discharges, and basic youth demographics
- Sample your population and administer a WFAS tool
- Monitor fidelity data and progress in real time
- Tailor fidelity reports to best meet your needs
