Our Mission

The Seattle Quality of Life (SeaQoL) Group works to improve the health and quality of life of children, youth, and adults by:
  • Advancing the development, acceptance, and use of self-reported measures of health and quality of life;
  • Collaborating with groups who experience health and quality of life disparities because of persisting health conditions, stigma, or unequal opportunity;
  • Conducting literature syntheses, research, demonstration, and evaluation projects with state of the art scientific methods and community collaboration to assess health and quality of life of these populations; and
  • Promoting the use of results by decision-makers and the public.
