Mark Haselkorn to Keynote ICT DM Conference

Mark Haselkorn, Director of CoSSaR, will be the keynote speaker at the Fourth International Conference on Information and Communication Technologies for Disaster Management (ICT-DM’2017), happening December 11-13, 2017, in Münster, Germany.

This conference brings together academics and practitioners who are involved in emergency services, ad hoc planning, and disaster management and recovery, in order to learn about the latest research developments, share experiences and information about this area and develop recommendations.

Haselkorn directs the University of Washington’s Center for Collaborative Systems for Security, Safety, and Regional Resilience (CoSSaR), which focuses on the design, development and use of collaborative systems that support regional operations for security, safety and resilience.
