CSSCR Summer Sessions 2023 Newsletter

From the Director

Summer session has arrived! CSSCR is operating on our reduced summer schedule. We are running our in-person drop-in consulting office in Savery Hall 119 from 9AM to 5PM Monday through Friday.   Our Main Office (Savery 110) and drop-in computer lab (Savery 118) are open from 9AM to 5PM.   And our two computer classroom labs are open during these times for reservations per usual.

We are fully in-person but are still providing access to online consulting during the hours from 9AM to 5PM — just send a note describing your problem/request to CSSCR@uw.edu. And, in addition, this summer we are providing some online service from 5pm-7pm on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday…just send a note to CSSCR_evening@uw.edu describing your problem and we will set up a consult.

Summer Quarter we will offer a limited set of in-person workshops (see list below).  These workshops are generally of an introductory nature and designed to get you started on a variety of statistical software. Registration for the workshops is provided below.

Hope you also get to enjoy a bit of summer along with your research and course work!

Best regards,

Jerry Herting
