The University of Washington is in full prep to host its annual New Student Convocation on Sunday, September 24th, from 1:30 to 2:30 p.m. The esteemed Alaska Airlines Arena will be the backdrop for this auspicious event.
The New Student Convocation is a remarkable assembly where the entire university leadership, including President Cauce, regents, deans, senior university leaders, and faculty members, converges with the freshest faces on campus – the new students. This ceremonious event stands as one of the two grand occasions throughout the academic year where this diverse array of individuals comes together in a formal academic setting. The other momentous gathering is the Commencement, where the students reap the rewards of their dedication and hard work.
