October 2, 2025Free guided tour around the garden, led by Master Gardener volunteers. The highlight this month is the orchard garden full of apples, pears & cherries that do well in our climate. You will also see some surprising new fruits that we are experimenting with. There has been a lot happening in the orchard with expansion of new structures & more fruit. October 2, 2025Our free educational tour includes a casual walk through various areas of the Washington Park Arboretum, featuring seasonal viewing of collections plants, explorations of botany & the history of the organization. Our June tour will feature the Pacific Connections Garden, displaying cultivars & native plants from our region as well as Chile, China, New Zealand & Australia. Because this garden is at the south end of the Arboretum, the tour will be starting at the Japanese Garden Parking lot (1075 Lake Washington Blvd, E, Seattle).
