Congratulations to recent InFab Lab doctoral graduate Chih-Hsuan “Doris” Hung who has received the 2025 Clean Energy Institute (CEI) Scientific Achievement Award and the 2025 Mechanical Engineering Distinguished Dissertation Award for her contributions to computational modeling of lithium-ion battery structured electrodes.
The Clean Energy Institute (CEI) Scientific Achievement Award recognizes UW graduate students who have demonstrated extraordinary productivity in clean energy research and scholarship, and have contributed meaningfully to the scientific community.
The Mechanical Engineering Distinguished Dissertation Award recognizes a Mechanical Engineering graduate for their exceptional work in the highest levels of scholarship, research, and writing.
Congratulations again to Doris who will start a postdoctoral research position at Oak Ridge National Laboratory this fall!
