Puppets have been used throughout time, around the world, for self-expression, storytelling, and social change. In this workshop, explore this ancient art form as we bring puppets to life using everyday objects. We’ll use a variety of art mediums, repurposed items and craft supplies to create unique “found object” puppets. Facilitated by SilverKite Community Arts teaching artist Valencia Carroll. Presented by UW MBWC and Seattle Public Library, with support from Full Life Care. Sign up.
