Jeremiah

Jeremiah is a second year master’s student in the MATESOL program with a BA in Linguistics from the University of California, Davis. In addition to English, he speaks Spanish and Latin. He has tutored for a total of five years, in Davis as well as in his hometown of Redding, and he has taught writing and composition in the University of Washington PWAC program. His approach to tutoring consists mainly of opening non-directive lines of questioning to help writers articulate their own ideas, in their own words. He enjoys maps, outer space, the Lord of the Rings, and Ancient Roman history.
