Jonathan Pruneda wins 2012 Young Scientist Award

Current laboratory member and Ph.D candidate Jonathan Pruneda was officially granted the 2012 Young Scientist Award for best talk given by a graduate student/post-doc at the bi-annual Saxtons River, Vermont FASEB Ubiquitin conference. The Young Scientist Award is granted to individuals early in their careers to acknowledge and promote continued excellence within the field of scientific research. Jonathan was recognized for his presentation, “Working outside the box: A non-canonical role of E2~Ub conjugates in the activation of bacterial effector protein OspG.”
