ISMP is a mentorship program that started so it would be easier for students to find a community and support at such a big university, you are paired with a well-rounded mentor and get to meet people from all over the world. We are a social program, with some weekly workshops and personal development.
Apply to be in the program, we have mentors who are leaders in business, research and leadership. You just have to be a student to apply or pass it on to anyone you think would be good for the program.
