Resilience in ed sp 2017

ECFS 311: Teaching from the Inside Out: Resilience in Education.  Dr. James Mazza’s class has a 200 student capacity to help provide more support and resources to students.  Content will include Mindfulness, Emotional Regulation, Relationship building, Distress tolerance and Resiliency development.
