Images
MLQ welcomes the inclusion of images that are important to the argument of an essay. To be considered for publication images need to have a resolution of 300 dpi at 26 picas wide (or 4 5/16") and to be submitted as a separate file (TIFF or EPS format preferred). Images will be published in black and white.
If you plan to publish images with your essay, it is helpful to alert the assistant editor as soon as possible after your essay is accepted. You will be asked to secure any necessary permissions and to complete a log of your requests; see the permissions page for details.
