Here are a few exciting sensory-friendly events in the Seattle area. These upcoming events will have soften general lighting, decreased noise levels, and decreased visual stimulation wherever possible.

 

The Pacific Science Center’s Exploration for All invites all families affected by Autism Spectrum Disorder for a special visit. Guests for this event are asked to enter through the North Entrance.
When: Saturday, March 14, 2020 from 8am to 10am

The Museum of Pop Culture’s (MoPOP) sensory-friendly program welcomes anyone who can benefit from a low-sensory museum environment. All participants will have full access to MoPOP galleries and opportunities to take part in an art activity.
When: Saturday, March 21, 2020 from 8am to 10am
