The 25th Annual Conference on Ending Homelessness, was held at the greater Tacoma Convention & Trade Center on May 13 and 14, 2015. The 2015 conference brought over 600 homelessness providers and advocates from across the state to exchange innovative ideas, best practices, and grow the movement to end homelessness in Washington. Relational Poverty Network members Tim Harris (Real Change), David Giles (University of Washington, Bothell) and Tony Sparks (San Francisco State University) participated in a panel titled, “Neutralizing Homelessness: Federal Policy and the Depoliticization of Poverty”.
