During the 2003 Super Bowl, Anheuser-Busch, manufacturers of Budweiser, captured the most air-time minutes with 11 commercials. The price tag: over $20 million. Hard liquor ads, prohibited from airing on the networks, have found a home on cable. More than 400 independent and cable stations across the nation air commercials for hard liquor.
